Beyond
Are you ready to move beyond everything that was holding you back in 2024? I know that I am. That’s why Beyond is my theme for 2025. I borrowed the theme from my business network Business Network International (BNI). BNI’s theme for 2025 is Beyond. It means breaking through your previous barriers to reach new heights of achievement. It isn’t just about business success; it’s about personal development and deepening relationships.
What barrier could you break through?
Start your own journey into the Beyond by imagining what your life and business could look like if you had all the tools and help that you needed. Think about being the best version of yourself with nothing standing in your way. It’s not about working harder; it’s about working smarter. The theme Beyond incorporates tradition and innovation. It’s about doing all you already know how to do but with a better attitude. If you’re like me, you know you really didn’t do “everything” you needed to do to have business and personal success. As one of my business associates, T.J. Solander (913-837-3237) Farm Bureau agent, veteran BNI member and master connecter says it’s about “pulling out all of the stops” in 2025.
What do you look like with nothing blocking your way?
BNI is giving us special tools to go Beyond in 2025. As a business coach and a BNI Chapter Success Coach my next 365 days will be devoted to encouraging everyone I can reach to go out of their comfort zone and set higher goals. As Joyce Meyer, a famous Christian speaker says ‘Do it afraid”. As your coach, I will hold your hand as we jump off the “high dive” into the Beyond.
How can I encourage you?
Beyond isn’t just about doing brave things, it’s about developing yourself as a person who is now able to accomplish more. It’s about forming and deepening the relationships you need to succeed. As I always say” no one succeeds in isolation.” Besides giving us the theme Beyond, BNI’s founder Dr. Ivan Misner gave us a tremendous toolkit called “Who’s in Your Room?”, a metaphor for the relationships in your life. It’s a blueprint for living a happier personal and business life. Dr. Misner stresses the importance of having masters, mentors and sponsors in your life. These are people you can look up to and who can guide you and open doors for you.
Who will guide you in 2025?
My personal commitment for 2025 is to encourage as many people as possible to go Beyond their previous limits and into their dream lifestyle. This is a very important year. It’s a year to recover from past losses and to experience abundance. I’ll be giving workshops, presentations and webinars throughout the year to focus on personal satisfaction and business growth. It’s important that we do this together. If you are in business I strongly urge you to join a business group such as BNI. If you don’t own a business, I would suggest joining a religious, civic or interest group. We build on the foundation of tradition and when 2 or more people energetically exchange ideas and brainstorm, innovation arises and we go Beyond together.
Plan a weekend at my country retreat in Buffalo, Missouri. Have your own brainstorming summit with some likeminded associates. Be sure to tell me where your Beyond is taking you in 2025.
